Kaki Kohaku

Kaki Kohaku

An old saying tells “When persimmon fruits ripen red, doctors turn pale.”  It means persimmon fruits are rich in nutrients.  We carefully flavored “Kaki Kohaku” with the paste of persimmon fruits produced in Japan.  Our “Kaki Kohaku” is getting red at the same time as persimmon fruits ripening in autumn.
